Where a dispute cannot be resolved at the support level, the matter may be escalated to wicket1's senior compliance team for review. wicket1's decision on escalated disputes is considered final following the conclusion of the internal review process.
Disputes regarding the outcome of individual games — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting results — must be submitted to wicket1 support within 14 days of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
